She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Fornek; and her brothers, Ed (late Arlene) and Frank Dorencz (late Jean). She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kristine), Mary and Christine Barcelona (Jim); her grandchildren, Adam (Danielle), Luke, Sarah (Brian), Jake, Eric, Jackson and Ashley; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Caylah, Colin and Ava.
