With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Antoinette D. Chapman of Palos Park, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her siblings, Therese Chelbowski, Pat Jilek and Donald Mazanec; and her siblings-in-law, Doris Baker, Bob Chlebowski, Jim Jilek and Dave Canales.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Julia, Donny and Mary Chapman; her siblings, Joe Mazanec, Mary Anne Canales and Beth Kondzela; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Mazanec, Dan Baker and Jack Kondzela Famous. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
