He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Garrett; and his siblings, Jerry Lekberg (Connie), Roger Lekberg (Debbie), Kathy Chatfield (Mike) and Keith Lekberg (Linda).

He is survived by: his children, Jason Lekberg, Renee Ritchie and Sarah Emily Pina; and his granddaughter Olivia.
