He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanislaw Mulawka and Jozefa Mulawka; and his daughter Hanna. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Maria Mulawka; his siblings, Malgorzata Hasek (Quentin) and Marzena Mosco (Michael) of San Diego, CA; his granddaughters, Hanna, Lucyna, Zofia, Jordan and Georgia; and his sisters, Marysia Adamiec, Urszula Markowic (Wladek), Halina Majcher and Dorota Wojtas (Wawrzek).
