With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally E. Rodzak of Palos Hills, Illinois, who passed away on December 17, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Rodzak; her sons, John W. (Audrey) and Edward Rodzak (late MaryJo); and her grandsons, Jeffrey and John.

She is survived by: her children, Sally Jones (John) and James (Judith); her grandchildren, Brandon, Alyssa and Michael; her great grandchildren, Luna and William; and her sister Carol Pazera.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, masks or face coverings must be worn when in the funeral home.
