He was predeceased by: his children, Larry Couch, Melody Flowers and Laurie Couch. He is survived by: his wife Denise Flowers-Couch; his children, Hailey "Wormie" Brandau (Jeffrey II), Helaina 'Wingnut" Couch, Jeffrey Alan Brandau III, Beverly, John, Fond, David Flowers (Monica), Lisa Pedersen (Tim) and Carrie Hosteny (Matt); and his brother Tommy Couch. He is also survived by family members, beloved coworkers and dear friends.
