He is survived by: his spouse Diane; his children, Richard Egeland (Dorothy), Roger Egeland (Grethen), Frank Valkenburg, Mary Lyn Kurish (James), Christine Cornell (Ken), Judy Valkenburg and Dana Wagner (Richard); his grandchildren, Richard, Ann-Marie, Julie, Trevor, Stephen, Stephanie, Robert, Doug, Tracey, Andrew, Alegria, Matthew, Eric, Nicholas, Nyssa and Tristan; his great grandchildren, Evie, Violet and Elija; his siblings, Mickey Weyde (Art) and Fond; and his nieces and nephews, Debbie Weyde and Bobby Weyde.
In addition to flowers, memorial donations in his name to American Cancer Society appreciated.
