She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry and Lena; and her siblings, Ann, Mary and Paul.

She is survived by: her husband Stephen Ptak; her children, Susan Warja (Robert) and Peter Ptak; and her grandchildren, Nicole, Bryan and Jennifer Warja.
