She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Sarik Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Cerny (late Mickey) and John R. Stasik (late Leona). She is survived by: her daughter Debra Zacek (David); her grandchildren, Jillian, Andrea, Ryan, Rachel, Daniel, Jason, Kevin and Alyssa; her great grandchildren, Miranda, Joseph, Ryleigh, Frank, Hunter and Tyler; and her brother Lawrence E. Rozmus (late Marie).
