She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth; her parents, Ann Luka and Stanley Luka; and her stepdaughter Debbie Lessmeister (Tony). She is survived by: her brother Raymond Luka (Marianne); her grandchildren, Krista Porter (Gregory), Matthew Lessmeister (Nina), Stefanie Lessmeister and Cheri Fairman; her great grandchildren, Landen Porter, Brenden Porter, Skyler Lessmeister, Gavin Lessmeister, Hudson Lessmeister and Nikolaus Lessmeister; her nephews, Eric Luka (Jessica) and Gregory Luka (Carrie); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan Luka, Zachary Luka, Logan Luka and Chloe Luka.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palos Gaidas Funeral Home (11028 SW Hwy, Palos Hills, IL 60465). A prayer was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patricia Catholic Church (9050 S 86th Ave, Hickory Hills, IL 60457). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
