She is survived by: her children, Brian Rademacher Jr., Angela, Tom Rademacher (Sue), Dan Rademacher (Jamie) and Heidi Rademacher (Tom Costello); her grandchildren, Brian III, Henry, Jamie Brill (Jim), Amanda Blackwell (Chris), Olivia, Madison Rademacher, Gabby and Poppy Costello; her great grandchildren, Attie and Cash; and her brother Brendan O'Neill.
