He was predeceased by: his parent James Franklin Crouse. He is survived by: his spouse Judith Ann; his children, Judy Blakey (Andy), Shannon Alyssa Crouse and Cherished; his grandchildren, Luke, Lilly, Logan and Beloved; his parent Wanda Crouse; his parents-in-law, Joyce Sr and Doug Harenberg Sr.; his siblings, Pam Ziegler (Wayne) and Miles Crouse (Laura); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Winkelbauer (Tom), Laura Naples (Michael Giusti) and Doug Harenberg Jr.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
The Crouse family will be accepting flowers or memorial donations in loving memory of Kurtis.
