She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph P. Mondlak, Sr.; her son Joseph P. Mondlak, Jr.; and her brother Jerome Martinek. She is survived by: her children, Susan Anderson (John) and John Mondlak; and her sister Marilyn Haas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
