He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Sheila Fox (late Tom). He is survived by: his spouse Elien; his child Lauren Bohaczek (Joseph); his grandchildren, Erin and Kate; his siblings, Diane Langan (Bob) and Fond; his siblings-in-law, Michael Fagan (Sue) and Hope McLauglin (late Patrick); and his nephew James. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
