He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Makris; and his siblings, Tom (Vai), Olga, Elefthia and Thomai.
He is survived by: his children, Agnes Koldenhoven (Scott) and Christos Makris (Constantina); his grandchildren, Constantina, Ekaterina and Giovanna; and his siblings, John Makris (Thomai) and Fond. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral services will be private for Gus C. Makris on Monday, January 25th at 10:00 a. m. at St. Spyridon Hellenic Orthodox Church in Palos Heights, IL and private interment will follow at St. John Chrysostomos Cemetery, Pleasant Prairie, WI.
In lieu of flowers, memorials donations to the family appreciated.
