He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Filyaw; his mother Ira D. Filyaw; his sons-in-law, Mark Rosati and Butch Weems; his great grandchild Maverick Filyaw; and the mother of his children Linda Filyaw.
He is survived by: his significant other Elvira Habisch; his children, Samantha Weems, Glynis Filyaw, Darrell Filyaw (Casey Filyaw) and Joshua Habisch; his grandchildren, Taylor Rosati, Dallas Filyaw (Kendyl Filyaw), Cody Filyaw, Raven Filyaw, Shelby Danielle Street and Adored; and his sibling Jackie Warren (Marsha Warren). He is also survived by relatives, friends, and his beloved pets.
