He was predeceased by: his son Michael; and his grandson Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Roseann Van Duren (late David), Sandy Sabatino (Ralph) and Donna Hernandez (Steve); his grandchildren, Amy (Dan) and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Reagan and Riley. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
