He is survived by: his siblings, David (Phyllis), Jeffrey (Pearl), Carol and Barbara (Steve); his children, Stephen (Andrea) of Wichita, Donald (Jackie) of Valparaiso and Laurel (Tom) of St. Louis; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Justin, Amanda Taylor (Jared), Katherine and Sarah. He is also survived by husband, father, brother, friend.
