He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Joseph, Sr. and Elenore Zickus (Masquelet); his brother William Zickus; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Beasley and Adrienne Warneke.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Zickus (Greenhoff); his daughter Kathleen (Zickus-Martens); his son-in-law Terrence O'Shea; his grandchildren, Matthew Martens (Krystal), Samantha Martens and Tony Hall; his great grandchild Nathan Martens; his son Charles Joseph Zickus, III; his grandchildren, Charles Joseph, IV, Eli, Ivy and Jule Zickus; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Cummings (late Michael) and Gail Carlson; his nieces and nephews, Dawn Standish (Roy), Karen Jellema (Mark) and Ellie Liebenow (Jim); and his daughters, Paty Autullo (Ron Worth) and Candee Brooks-Geddie.
