She was predeceased by: her siblings, John Jr. Kolinski (late Ruth), Estelle Meehan (late Edward), Theresa Kolinski and Jim Kolinski (late Ella Marie); and her parents, John Kolinski and Estelle Kolinski.

She is survived by: her husband George Kozlowski; her daughter Denise Duffing (Jesse); her granddaughter Isabella Rose Duffing; and her sister Dolores Elwood (late Bill). She is also survived by cousins and friends.

In addition to flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude Children's Hospital appreciated.
