He is survived by: his wife Donna Theodore; his children, Lauren Holoubek (Joseph), Peter Theodore (Areli), Andrew Theodore (Jessica), Reyna Theodore, Lucas, Gabriella, Alaina, Drew and Connor; his siblings, Nick Theodore, Kiki Gatses (George), Terry Theodore (Melanie) and Fond; his parents-in-law, Ronald, Patricia Richards and Christine Richards; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Rubar, Tom Richards (Warren) and Larry Richards (Mary); and his nephew Andy. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
