She is survived by: her spouse John R. Garing; her siblings, Ralph Helms and Mary Leonard; her daughters, Deborah Evans (Daniel) of Palos Hills, IL and Georgia Abert (Thomas) of Madera, CA; and her sister Helen Noel of South Pekin.
