She is survived by: her children, Susan Knoerzer (late Dean Wharton), Robert Knoerzer (Mary Louise), Thomas Knoerzer and Mary Pat Polk (Daniel); her grandchildren, Robbie (Ann), Charlie (Melanie), Brittany, Sean (Paige), K. C. (Olivia), Natalie, Meg and Beth; her great grandchildren, Paul and Rory; and her brother Pete Wereldsma (Mary Lou). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
