He was predeceased by: his siblings, Judy Carrol (late Kevin) and Jim (Marlene); his brothers-in-law, Dan Prorok and Dave Prorok (Kim Richardson); and his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Jill, Jason, Joe, Roy and Dan.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Allison Hinker (Matthew) and Cory (April Balough); his grandchildren, Tyler, Skielar, Nathan, Lana, Fia and Hannah; his sister Pam Prible (Joe); his aunt Irene; and his child Shawn.
