She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph V. DeFilippis; her children, Joy Van Horne (Rick) and Joey DeFilippis; her grandchildren, Chrissy (David), Michael, Nicholas and Anelisse (Brady); and her great grandchildren, Keira, Collin, Rooney and Harlan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kerry Funeral Home (7020 W 127th St, Palos Heights, IL 60463). A prayer was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
