Kenneth J. Smoter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2024, at the age of 65, Kenneth J. Smoter (Palos Heights, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Smoter and Genevieve Smoter; his siblings, Diane Cirillo, Kathy Doczy (Dan) and Jon Smoter (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Courtney Macri (Steve), Shanna Hunt (Nick), Lauren Doczy, Romney Cirillo (Jeanette), Ryan Doczy, Dayne Smoter, Devin Smoter and Drake Smoter; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan, Alex Macri, Gianna, Max, Genevieve Hunt and Olivia Cirillo; and his cousins, Jackie Smoter and Carol Smoter.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kerry Funeral Home (7020 W 127th St, Palos Heights, IL 60463). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Incarnation Church (5757 W 127th St, Midlothian, IL 60418). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
