With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karlene A. Holleman of Palos Heights, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother William Oomkes (late Ardith); and her parents, Joe Oomkes and Winifred Oomkes. She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Harrington and Joy Gouwens (John); her grandchildren, Nicholas Harrington, Nathan Harrington (Stephanie Brault), Anna Gouwens and Aaron Gouwens; and her sister Ruth Ryskamp (Doug).

Memorial contributions may be given to Calvary Church Benevolent Fund (16100 104th Ave., Orland Park, IL 60467) or Illiana Christian High School.
