He was predeceased by: his father Andrew B. McGivney Sr.; his child Erin; and his siblings, Dorothea, Marilyn, Andy and Bobby.
He is survived by: his children, Without and Jay; his sibling Soon; his significant other Leslie; his children, Joe (Nicole) and Shannon; his stepchildren, Tom (Terrie), Shelly (Larry) and Brandyn; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Colin, Brandon, Kayleigh, Matthew, Mitchell, Julia, Thomas and Ellie; and his siblings, Kathy, Gerry and Philip.
