John Plotkowski Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimir Plotkowski and Antionette Plotkowski (Borek). He is survived by: his siblings, Jerome of Albuquerque, James (Lucille) of Frisco and Mary Mayfield (Michael) of Lexington; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, David, Tamara, Patrice Ann, Kimberly and Caroline.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Zachary Parish (567 W Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
