He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; his parents, Gertrude Gabriel and John Gabriel; and his brother Edward (Tim Jackson). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Weiler (Kevin), Lisa Dean, Rebecca Sawyer (Jeffrey), John Gabriel (Lauren) and Christopher Gabriel (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Thomas, Matthew, Daniel, Greta Weiler, Gabriel (Haley), August, Margaret, Simon, Gracelyn, Owen Dean, Brion, Olivia, Caroline, William Sawyer, Amelia, Audrey and Ava Gabriel; his siblings, Robert Gabriel (Diane), Paul Gabriel (late Gerry), Helen Gabriel and Sharon McIlwaine (Scott); and his in-laws, Dolores Misasi (Dominick), George Saunders (Joan) and Beverly Kotnour. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
