With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jo Ann O'Reilly (Palos Heights, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrence O'Reilly and Florence O'Reilly; and her sister Dr. Rita O'Reilly Pucci (Robert Sedlacek). She is survived by: her significant other Bill Derosa; her grandchildren, Jasmine, Amaya, Cassandra, Jonathan, Nathan and Alexis; her siblings, Mary Ellen De Andrea of Chicago, Dr. Kathleen Halleran (Arthur Engelland) of Woodstock, IL, Peggy Olorunsola (Layi) of Boulder, CO, Maureen Lowe (Michael) of Denver and Notre Dame; and also, April Sisto (Vince King) and Jean Russel (John). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

“We are stunned to hear this sad news. Jo Ann and I were close colleagues at Rush University Medical Center for abut 15 years where we were educators who taught Clinical Pastoral Education, often together. As am Augustinian. I also knew her dad, Terry who was a great friend of the Midwest Augustinians. It has been more of a challenge to stay connected in recent years since Patrick and I moved to San Diego. Jo Ann will long be very fondly remembered by her friends, colleagues, and students”
