She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip F. Burke; her son John (Maryann); and her brother Al Witry. She is survived by: her sons, Tom (Karen Klein-Burke), Bob (Susie) and Joe Burke (Mary Carol); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Schmitt (Mike), Kathryn, Lauren Preputnik (Josh), Catie, Robbie, Alex, Will, Patrick and Maggie; and her great grandchild Bastian "Bash".
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kerry Funeral Home (7020 W 127th St, Palos Heights, IL 60463). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Saint Alexander Church (7025 W 126th St, Palos Heights, IL 60463). A burial was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
