She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald W. Tate and JoAnn Tate (Richardson); and her siblings, Donnie Tate and Connie Tate. She is survived by: her husband Gary Kincaid; her children, Jennifer Miller of Edinburg, Philip Miller of Girard, Donald Kincaid (Tara) of Raleigh, IL and Eric Kincaid (Jennifer) of North Dakota; and her siblings, Kenny Tate (Jean Ann) of Girard, Chris Tate (Dawn) of Plainview, IL, Penny Whalen of Girard and Renee Hill (Chuck) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
