She was predeceased by: her parents, Montie Claybourn and Mable Claybourn (Scott); her children, Michael Chasco and Susan Chasco; and her great grandchild Remington Eades.
She is survived by: her former husband Edward Chasco; and her grandchildren, Michelle Eades (Chris) of Palmyra, IL and Lee Chasco (Moranda). She is also survived by Caregiver.
