She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred; her parents, Fred Bettis and Esther Bettis; her brothers, Teddy, Donald and Gilbert Bettis; and her grandson Robert L Tarrant.
She is survived by: her children, Connie (Raymond Kulczak), Al Tarrant, Michael Tarrant and Danny (Debbie Tarrant); her granddaughters, Carrie (Howard Milstead), Amanda (Chris Butchee), Alison (William Tseng) and Tiffany (Kris Stringfellow); her great grandchildren, Patrica Tarrant, Caitlyn Milstead, Aiden Milstead, Cooper Stringfellow and Noah Stringfellow; her siblings, Francis Stratton, Anita Meisenheimer and Rosie Emery; and her sister-in-law Betty Gregory.
The family will not be present at the chapel Friday evening but requests that COVID protocols be observed as per CDC guidelines. Graveside services will be held 1 p. m. Saturday (January 8, 2022) at Oak Hill Cemetery again observing social distancing and COVID protocols.
