It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Garst of Palmyra, Illinois, born in Camp Pendleton, California, who passed away on September 13, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Garst and Florence Garst; his wife Gloria Holder-Belt; and his siblings, Brenda and Ronald Garst.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Belt, Susie Loeschner (Lonnie) and Mark Garst; his grandchildren, Nick Hornbuckle, Justin Copeland (Shayna), Holly Copeland, Jimmy Brake, Bailey Garst, Devin Martin (Chelsie), Karson Garst, Klaire Cole and Jalane Brake; his uncle Fred Garst; and his aunt Margaret Highly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
