He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving "Hiney" and Naomi Buck Stults; and his brothers, Richard Stults and Robert Stults. He is survived by: his spouse Roberta Waynette Settles; his children, Lynne Baldwin (Randy) of Palmyra, Wade Stults (Becky) of Palmyra, June Harbaugh of Palmyra and Todd Stults of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Tosha Stults (Dave Barnes) of Palmyra, Skylar Harbaugh of Palmyra, Bryson Harbaugh of Palmyra, Jasmine Stults of South Jacksonville and Kaleb Stults of Modesto; and his great grandchild Emma Bown of Palmyra.
