He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Katie Jo Oxley; his brother Harold; his sister-in-law Maxine Oxley (Stanton); and his nephew James Oxley. He is survived by: his children, Douglas Oxley (Brenda Jo) of Modesto and Brenda Kay; his grandchildren, Brandon Oxley of Modesto, Brett Oxley (Amy) of Warrensburg, Blake Grimmett (Kim) of Eureka, Nathan Grimmett of Manchester and Taylor Jo Oxley of Denver, Colorado.; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Eloise Oxley of Warrensburg, Hudson and Brinley Grimmett of Eureka, Missouri.; and his niece Cindy Scroggins (Ed) of Normal.
