She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dustin Blum and Anna Elizabeth Semar Blum of Palmyra, IL; her grandparents, Addie Perkins of Carlinville, IL and Carlo Vitale of Carlinville, IL; and her great-grandparent Bette Jones of White City, IL. She was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Hospital Carol Jo Vecchie Center.
