He is survived by: his spouse Melodie Moisan; his children, William A. Fugate, Jr. (Katie), Jason Fugate (Tina) and Jennifer M. Fugate; his stepchildren, Felicia Caudill (Billy), Angela Rose (Kevin), Johnathan Grimes (Rachel) and Tara Grimes; his grandchildren, Brandon, Erica, Melaina, Nicholas, Madison, Gabriel, Isabelle and Noah; his sister Deborah S. Clanton; and his close friend Paul Grimes. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren; by 5 step-great-grandchildren.
