He is survived by: his children, Brian, Nichole Mendenhall, Rachelle Simms, Richard "Rick" and Kayla Mendenhall; his grandchildren, Isabella, Elliot, Emilee, Kane and Hailey; and his siblings, Leon Mendenhall, Margaret Littlejohn, Ronnie Mendenhall, Bruce Mendenhall, Keith Mendenhall and Dawn Hussey.
