She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Sparks; her parents, Samuel Wakefield and Opal Wakefield (Arterburn); her siblings, Charles Wakefield, Jack Wakefield, Duane Wakefield, Bob Wakefield, Mildred White and Helen Jean Smith; her close friend Shirley Wakefield; and her grandson Thomas Jason "TJ" Sparks.
She is survived by: her close friend Jaquelyn Wakefield; her children, Debbie (Bruce Fulling) and Tom (Nona Sparks); and her grandchildren, Lisa Sparks, Amanda Christy, Darren Joiner, LeeAnne, Josh Monday, Jeffrey, Ashley Sparks, Kaycee, Eric Walker, Lance, Chelsea Fulling, Jay and Tina Kennedy.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the "Crawford County Humane Society" or "Shriners Hospitals for Children".
