Melody left this world on January 5, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Eveland and Lucy Carver (Dunlap); her stepfather Max Carver; and her siblings, Everett Eveland, Chuck Eveland, Darrell Eveland, Patsy Sue Kirk, Joyce Riggs and Sandy Mitchell.
She is survived by: her son BJ Fralicker (Tammy); her grandchildren, Nick Halterman (Lauren) and Kiara Fralicker; her great grandchildren, Piper and Emery Halterman; her boyfriend Miguel Villa; her boyfriend's children, Barbie Escobedo (Juan), Michael Villa (Leah) and Robert Villa (Demi); and also, Farrah, Alma, Irene, Daniela, Nicole, Madison, Elias, Owen, Kyler, Thalía and Mateo.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Goodwine Funeral Home - Palestine (501 W Lamotte St, Palestine, IL 62451). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "American Cancer Society", and envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
