He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bailey and Iva Bailey (Bathe); and his brother Clifford Bailey. He is survived by: his son Phil; his daughter-in-law Karyn Bailey of Sullivan, IN; his brother Wayne; his sister-in-law Patty Bailey of Palestine, IL; his sisters, Winnie Timms (Ron Phelps) and Annie (Tom Knoblett); and his sister-in-law Billie Bailey of Palestine, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In honor of his love of animals, memorial contributions may be made to the "Crawford County Humane Society", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
