He is survived by: his wife Susan (Caraway); his children, Kim (Kenny Koch) of Camdenton, MO, Brian Bills (Jessica) of Kansas City, KS, Laura (Tony Osborn) of Robinson, IL and David (Daphne Conour) of Stoughton, WI; and his brother Richard Bills of Platte City, MO.
