He is survived by: his wife Patti Frappier; his brothers, Mark (Jackie) and Paul (Linda); his children, David, Penny Shaw, Rachel and Graham Parish; and his grandchildren, Anna, Samuel, Russell, Heidi, Ethan, Fern, Dee of Palestine, Jack of Palestine, Robbie of Palestine and Bella of Palestine. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and other extended family.
