Ramsey and Helen Ramsey (Leach); his wife Inez Ramsey (Willis); his sons-in-law, Pam, Greg Robbins of Palestine, IL, Peggy, Carl Deckard of Palestine, IL, Penny and Joe Deckard of Robinson, IL; his son Gary Ramsey of Louisville, KY; his daughter-in-law Tammy Ramsey of Louisville, KY; his stepdaughter Cindy Ellerman; his grandchildren, Christopher Robbins, Cory Robbins, Barrett Robbins, Marcus Deckard, Kelsey Thompson, Jared Deckard, Jacob Deckard, Jordan Deckard, Sarah Ramsey and Christian Ramsey; his stepgrandchildren, Hayley Alton, Amanda Horst, Christopher Bechman and Mitchell Ellerman; his brother Mickey Ramsey; and also Gary Ellerman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
