He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. France and Lois France (Goodwin); his daughter Kimberly Ann France; and his siblings-in-law, Jean France (Kemper) and Frank Martinez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle (Brandon "Kenzo" McKenzie) of Shelbyville, IL, Sara France of Robinson, IL, Patricia and Dennis of Palestine, IL; his grandchildren, Chase Dunlap and Anthony Dennis; his siblings, William A. France, Melba Sue Metzler, Phyllis Martinez and Nancy Gale Rodriguez; and his former wife Karen France (Johnson). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "V.F.W. Transportation Fund", offering local veterans help to and from their VA health care facilities.
