Francine Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2020, at the age of 104, Francine Phillips (Palestine, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ed DePoister and Frances DePoister; her husband Kent Phillips; and her children, Susan Colin (Chuck) of Naples, FL, Mary Ann Gerrity (John) of Naples, FL and Craig.

Memorial contributions may be made to either the "Palestine Public Library" or to the Palestine Preservation Projects Society ("PPPS"), with envelopes available at the funeral home.
