He is survived by: his daughter Lindsay; his wife Gayle; his sister Linda Ryan-Catt (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Charlie and Mary Ann; and his parents, Jerry Ryan and Marcella Ryan. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
It is requested that no flowers or memorabilia be given.
